Quick! What jewelry accessory would you wear with this white silk shirt instead a tie like the lady in the photo above?

Silk is always dressy so I wear the fabric with an extra-special necklace and earrings. For me, it doesn’t matter if I am wearing a silk shirt with a skirt, jeans or a suit-it's still dressy.
